These services are optional. You can design, sell and submit projects without using any of them — an org that only installs, and never switches on the phone, email or AI tools, pays none of the prices below.
If you do use them, calls, texts, email and AI are metered as you use them, against a prepaid balance. No monthly minimums, and no bundle you have to buy up front. These are the platform’s list prices and they are the same on every account — a free, waived or discounted account does not change them.

Worth knowing before you sign up
- Nothing here is compulsory. Every service on this page is opt-in. Use none of them and this page costs you nothing — it is not a minimum, a bundle or a condition of being on the platform.
- Calls are billed in whole minutes, rounded up per call. A 30-second call counts as one minute — on the voice line and on the AI agent, inbound and outbound.
- A card on file is only for usage. If you are asked for one on a $0 account, it is there to add funds for calls, texts, email and AI if you use them — it may never be charged.
- Unused balance isn’t a subscription. You top up and spend it; there is no monthly minimum to hit.
